The LP5912-Q1 is an automotive-grade low-noise LDO qualified for AEC-Q100, providing 500mA output with fixed 3.3V from 6.5V maximum input. It features ultra-low output noise and high PSRR of 80dB to 40dB from 100Hz to 100kHz. The device includes enable, power-good output, and soft-start for supply sequencing. Dropout voltage is 0.18V maximum at 500mA. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
