LPV7215MFX/NOPB TI Comparators
The LPV7215 is a nanopower comparator with rail-to-rail input and output, operating from 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It features ultra-low quiescent current of 580nA typical (800nA maximum), making it ideal for battery-powered always-on applications. The device provides push-pull output capable of sinking and sourcing current, with propagation delay of 6µs typical. Rail-to-rail input allows the device to sense signals near the supply rails. The LPV7215 includes internal hysteresis for noise immunity. Selection is optimal for ultra-low-power threshold detection in portable and energy-harvesting systems. Applications include wake-up circuits in battery-powered IoT devices, window comparators for battery monitoring and supervision, zero-crossing detectors, handheld medical instruments, and smoke detectors requiring nanoampere-level power consumption.
