LSF0108PWR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The LSF0108 is an 8-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with auto-direction sensing, operating with VREF1 from 0.95 V to 4.5 V and VREF2 from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. It supports 1.0-V, 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage translation. The device features 100-Mbps data rate for push-pull signaling and 0.6-Mbps for open-drain signaling, with auto-direction sensing eliminating the need for direction control pins. Packaged in a 20-pin TSSOP (PW) (6.5 mm × 4.4 mm), it is ideal for I2C, SPI, and UART level shifting. Applications include multi-voltage systems in smartphones, tablets, and industrial controls.
