The LT3080EDD#TRPBF is a 1.1 A low dropout linear regulator with a single resistor settable output and 1.2 V to 36 V input range in a 8-lead DFN package. For selection, verify a 1.2 V to 36 V input, output adjustable down to 0 V, 300 µA quiescent current, and –40°C to +125°C operation. Features include a 50 µA internal current source reference, short-circuit and thermal protection, and low dropout voltage of 350 mV at 1.1 A. Ideal for powering batteries, portable equipment, instrumentation, and post-regulation for switching supplies requiring adjustable output down to 0 V.
