LV3842XDBVR TI DC-DC Converters
The LV3842XDBVR is a low-start-up current current-mode PWM controller from Texas Instruments in 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, designed for off-line and DC-DC converter applications. For selection, verify UVLO thresholds of 8.5V (turn-on) and 7.6V (turn-off), maximum duty cycle approaching 100%, high-current totem pole output (1A peak) for driving MOSFETs, low start-up current (<0.5mA), current limiting with cycle-by-cycle control, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include trimmed oscillator for precise frequency control up to 500kHz. Ideal for DC-DC converters (buck, boost, flyback, forward), battery-powered equipment, and low-to-mid power conversion.
