MAX3232ECDR TI Drivers and Receivers

The MAX3232ECDR is a 3V to 5.5V RS-232 line driver/receiver from Texas Instruments in SOIC-16 package, featuring two drivers and two receivers with ±15kV HBM ESD protection. For selection, verify single 3V to 5.5V supply, data rate up to 250kbps, low supply current of 300µA typical, 1µA shutdown current, meets TIA/EIA-232-F standards, and operating temperature from 0°C to +70°C. Features include proprietary low-dropout transmitter output stage and requires only four 0.1µF external capacitors.
