The MC3303 is a quad operational amplifier with wide supply range of 3V to 36V single supply (or ±1.5V to ±18V dual), featuring 1MHz gain-bandwidth product with 0.3V/µs slew rate. Input common-mode range includes ground, simplifying single-supply designs. Each amplifier consumes 0.5mA supply current typical. The device provides short-circuit protection and is unity-gain stable. Packaged in 14-pin PDIP. Selection is standard for general-purpose cost-sensitive quad op-amp applications requiring single-supply operation.
