MC34063EBD-TR ST DC-DC Converters

The MC34063EBD-TR is a monolithic DC-DC converter control circuit supporting buck, boost, and inverting topologies in an 8-pin SOIC package. For selection, verify input voltage from 3V to 40V, adjustable output from 1.25V to 38V, output current capability of 1.5A (with external transistor), switching frequency up to 100kHz, 2% reference accuracy, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Low quiescent current of 2.5mA and active current limiting reduce external component count.
