MCP3208-BI/SL MICROCHIP Data Acquisition - Analog to Digital Converters (ADC)
The MCP3208-BI/SL is an 8‑channel, 12‑bit successive approximation (SAR) ADC from Microchip, featuring an SPI serial interface in a 16‑pin SOIC package. For selection, verify a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, 100 ksps sampling rate (50 ksps at 2.7 V), and the –40 °C to +85 °C industrial temperature range. Note ±1 LSB INL/DNL, 400 µA max active current, and 500 nA typical standby current. The eight analog inputs are configurable as single‑ended or four pseudo‑differential pairs.
