The MCP4802-E/SN is a dual 8-bit voltage-output Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) from Microchip with an internal 2.048V voltage reference and SPI interface. For selection, confirm a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, 415µA typical operating current (3.3µA standby), 4.5µs settling time, ±1 LSB INL, ±0.5 LSB DNL, rail-to-rail output with selectable unity or 2x gain, and -40°C to +125°C temperature range (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). The 8-pin SOIC package includes double-buffered registers and an LDAC pin for synchronous dual-channel updates. Ideal for sensor calibration, set point/offset trimming, precision reference generation, portable instrumentation, automotive electronics, industrial control, and battery-powered applications.
