MCP6541T-I/LT is a single-channel, push-pull output comparator from Microchip Technology, optimized for sub-microamp power consumption and low-voltage operation. It features a wide supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, drawing less than 1µA of quiescent current per comparator, making it ideal for battery-powered and portable applications. The device offers a push-pull output compatible with CMOS/TTL logic, rail-to-rail input swing (VSS - 0.3V to VDD + 0.3V), and a typical propagation delay of 4µs (8µs max). It also incorporates internal hysteresis (3.3mV typical, 6.5mV max) to eliminate output switching noise.
