The MCP6561T-E/LT from Microchip is a high‑speed single comparator optimized for 1.8V to 5.5V single‑supply, power‑sensitive designs. For selection, it features a typical 56ns propagation delay, 100µA quiescent current, and greater‑than‑rail‑to‑rail input operation. The push‑pull CMOS/TTL‑compatible output supports rail‑to‑rail swing and interfaces directly with logic circuits.
