The MIC29152WU-TR from Microchip is a high‑accuracy (1% tolerance) low‑dropout regulator that delivers a 1.5A adjustable output. For selection, verify the 2.25V–26V input, 1.25V–25V output range, 0.6V dropout at full load, –40°C to +125°C junction temperature, and 5‑pin TO‑263 package. The proprietary Super βeta PNP process ensures fast transient response and low ground current, while the enable pin allows shutdown (<5µA). It includes full protection against overcurrent, overtemperature, reverse polarity and transient spikes.
