The MIC29152WU is a high‑accuracy (1% tolerance) low‑dropout adjustable LDO from Microchip, capable of delivering 1.5 A with a 350 mV typical dropout at full load. Housed in a TO‑263‑5 (D2PAK) surface‑mount package, it operates over a –40 °C to +125 °C junction temperature range. For selection, verify input voltage from 2 V to 26 V and output set externally from 1.25 V to 25 V. Its proprietary Super βeta PNP® process ensures low ground current, fast transient response, and full protection against overcurrent, overtemperature, reverse polarity, and load‑dump transients. The 5‑pin version includes an enable pin for zero‑current shutdown.
