The MIC29300-3.3WT is a high-current, low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator in a TO-220-3 package, featuring a fixed 3.3V output with 1% accuracy and support for up to 3A continuous load current. Input voltage range spans 2.5V to 26V, with a typical dropout voltage of just 370mV at full load (600mV max), making it ideal for designs where the input-to-output differential is tight. The device is thermally protected and includes over-current, reverse polarity, and transient voltage protection. Well-suited for powering 3.3V logic rails from 5V or 12V system buses, automotive electronics, battery chargers, industrial control systems, communication equipment, and consumer devices requiring stable, high-current regulation.
