MIC5330-SSYML-TR MICROCHIP Linear
The MIC5330-SSYML-TR is a tiny dual ultra-low-dropout (ULDO™) linear regulator in 8-pin 2mm x 2mm MLF® package, delivering two 300mA output channels each fixed at 3.3V. Choose this device when you need to power two independent noise-sensitive circuits from a single 2.3V to 5.5V input, with typical dropout as low as 75mV at full load and PSRR exceeding 70dB at 1kHz to suppress supply ripple. The µCap design works with small ceramic output capacitors, reducing board space and component cost. Quiescent current is 75µA per output, with standby current as low as 150µA. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C, with built-in over-current and thermal protection. Ideal for mobile phones, PDAs, GPS receivers, digital camera modules, portable media players, wireless LAN devices, and any battery-powered RF or audio circuitry demanding clean power.
