MP34DT05TR-A ST Microphones

The MP34DT05TR-A from ST is an ultra-compact, low-power omnidirectional digital MEMS microphone with a PDM output interface. For selection, key parameters include a 1.6V–3.6V supply voltage range, 650µA typical current consumption in normal mode, and just 5µA max in power-down mode for always-on battery-sensitive designs. Its 64 dB(A) SNR and -26 dBFS ±3 dB sensitivity ensure clear audio capture, while the 122.5 dBSPL acoustic overload point prevents distortion in loud environments. The top-port HCLGA package measures 3×4×1 mm, is SMD-compliant, EMI-shielded, and operates from -40 °C to +85 °C.
