The MSP430FR2111 is an ultra-low-power FRAM microcontroller from TI's MSP430 family, operating from 1.8V to 3.6V. It features 4KB FRAM and 1KB SRAM with 16MHz 16-bit RISC CPU. Integrated peripherals include a 10-bit ADC with up to 8 channels, a comparator, and multiple 16-bit timers. FRAM combines the speed of SRAM with the non-volatility of flash, enabling low-power writes. Communication interfaces include I2C, SPI, and UART. Low-power modes consume 0.4µA standby current.
