MSP430FR6972IPMR TI Microcontroller
The MSP430FR6972 is a 16-bit ultra-low-power microcontroller with 64KB FRAM and 2KB SRAM, operating from a 1.8V to 3.6V supply at 16MHz. It features an integrated LCD driver (up to 320 segments), a 12-bit ADC, comparator, timers, and communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI). FRAM combines the speed of SRAM with the non-volatility of flash, enabling low-power writes. Active mode current is 100µA/MHz, and standby current is 0.4µA typical. Packaged in a 64-pin LQFP (PM) (10mm × 10mm), it is ideal for battery-powered portable applications with LCD display.
