NA556DR TI Programmable Timers and Oscillators
The NA556 is a dual precision timing circuit (two independent 555 timers in a single package), specified for military temperature range of –55°C to 125°C. It operates from 4.5 V to 16 V supply and features high current output of 200 mA sink or source. The device provides 1% timing accuracy and adjustable duty cycle, with maximum frequency of 100 kHz. Each timer can operate in both monostable and astable modes. Packaged in 14-pin SOIC, the NA556 is designed for high-reliability applications.
