The OPA197 is a single, 36V, low-power operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output, operating from a 4.5V to 36V single supply (or ±2.25V to ±18V dual). It features a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.5V/µs slew rate, with low offset voltage of 25µV typical and a quiescent current of 150µA per channel. Input bias current is 5pA typical. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D), it is ideal for cost-optimized, space-constrained industrial and automotive applications. Applications include sensor signal conditioning, power module control loops, and low-side current sensing requiring rail-to-rail performance and low power.
