The OPA2320AQDGKRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) dual, precision, 20-MHz, rail-to-rail I/O, CMOS operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring zero-crossover distortion and ultra-low input bias current. It operates over a single supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V and offers a high slew rate of 10 V/µs with low noise. The device provides excellent DC precision with low offset voltage and high CMRR over the full input range. Housed in an 8-pin VSSOP (DGK) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
