The OPA320AIDBVT is a single, precision, 20-MHz, rail-to-rail I/O, CMOS operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring zero-crossover distortion and ultra-low input bias current of 0.9 pA. It operates over a single supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V and offers a high slew rate of 10 V/µs with low noise of 7 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz. The device provides excellent DC precision with low offset voltage of 150 µV (max) and high CMRR of 114 dB over the full input range. Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include high-impedance sensor signal conditioning, transimpedance amplifiers, test and measurement equipment, ADC/DAC buffers, and active filters.
