The OPA322S is a single, low-noise operational amplifier with a shutdown mode and rail-to-rail input and output, operating from a 1.8-V to 5.5-V single supply. It features a 20-MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 10-V/µs slew rate, with a low offset voltage of 500 µV typical and a low noise of 8.5 nV/√Hz. The quiescent current is 1.5 mA typical, with a shutdown mode reducing the current to 0.1 µA. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for high-speed, low-power data acquisition and sensor conditioning requiring power-saving shutdown.
