The OPA325 is a low-noise operational amplifier with 10MHz gain-bandwidth product and 5V/µs slew rate, operating from 2.2V to 5.5V single supply. It features zero-crossover distortion using a charge pump architecture, rail-to-rail input and output, and low offset voltage of 150µV typical. Input bias current is 0.2pA, with low noise of 8.5nV/√Hz. The device consumes 650µA supply current typical. Rail-to-rail input and output maximize dynamic range in low-voltage systems. Selection is ideal for high-speed, low-power data acquisition systems.
