OPA4197IDR TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps

The OPA4197 is a quad, low-offset operational amplifier with e-trim™ technology, offering rail-to-rail input and output. It operates from a 4.5V to 36V single supply (or ±2.25V to ±18V dual) and provides a 10MHz gain-bandwidth product with a 20V/µs slew rate. Input offset voltage is 25µV typical (100µV max) with drift of 0.5µV/°C. Voltage noise is 5.5nV/√Hz at 1kHz. Quiescent current is 1mA per channel. The device is EMI hardened and features high capacitive load drive. Packaged in a 14-pin SOIC (D) , the OPA4197 is ideal for precision industrial and automotive sensor conditioning. Applications include motor drives, power supplies, high-side current sensing, and test equipment requiring high accuracy, low offset, and EMI robustness in multi-channel systems.
