The OPA547 is a single, high-voltage, high-current operational amplifier capable of delivering up to 500mA continuous output current, operating from ±4V to ±30V dual supplies (or 8V to 60V single). It features a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 6V/µs slew rate, with thermal shutdown and output current limit protection (programmable from 10mA to 500mA). Packaged in a 7-pin DDPAK (F) for surface mounting, it is ideal for driving high-current loads.
