The OPA567 is a single, high-output current (2-A) operational amplifier with rail-to-rail output, operating from a ±2-V to ±18-V dual supply (or 4-V to 36-V single). It features a 1.2-MHz gain-bandwidth product, a 1.2-V/µs slew rate, and thermal shutdown. The device includes an enable pin for power savings and is capable of driving heavy loads with low distortion. Packaged in a 12-pin VQFN (RHG) (5 mm × 5 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for driving high-current loads in industrial and automotive systems. Applications include power supply control loops, motor drivers, valve and actuator drivers, and test equipment requiring high output current and wide voltage range.
