The OPA593DNTR is a high-voltage (85V), precision, wide-bandwidth (10 MHz), high-output-current (250 mA), unity-gain stable power operational amplifier from Texas Instruments . It operates over a wide supply range of 8V to 85V (or ±4V to ±42.5V) and features a low offset voltage of 20 µV (typical), offset drift of 0.4 µV/°C, and a high slew rate of 45 V/µs . The device provides rail-to-rail output swing, low noise of 7 nV/√Hz (10 kHz), and a low quiescent current of 3.25 mA (250 µA in shutdown) . It includes a user-programmable current limit with a precision resistor and status flags for overcurrent and overtemperature detection. Housed in a 12-pin WSON (DNT) package (4mm x 4mm) with an exposed thermal pad , it operates over -40°C to 125°C .
