The OPA695IDR is an ultra-wideband, current-feedback operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring an exceptional 4300 V/µs slew rate and low input voltage noise, delivering high dynamic range performance. It is optimized for high gain operation, making it ideally suited for buffering Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters in Intermediate Frequency (IF) strips or delivering high output power at low distortion for cable modem upstream line drivers. Even higher bandwidth at lower gains gives a 1400 MHz video line driver for high resolution RGB applications. The device includes a disable function to reduce power consumption when not in use. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include high-speed ADC drivers, video line drivers, portable medical imaging, and test and measurement equipment requiring wide bandwidth and low distortion.
