The OPA842 is a single, unity-gain stable, wideband (400-MHz, 400-V/µs) voltage-feedback operational amplifier with ultra-low distortion, operating from ±5-V to ±6-V dual supplies. It features a low input voltage noise of 1.2-nV/√Hz and is optimized for high-speed, high-resolution analog-to-digital converter (ADC) driving. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for high-performance ADC driver and high-speed signal conditioning applications. Uses include 12-bit to 16-bit ADC buffers, active filters for communications, and high-speed test instrumentation requiring very low distortion and wide bandwidth.
