The OPA855IDSGR is a wideband, low-noise, JFET-input operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a gain bandwidth product of 8 GHz and a high slew rate of 2500 V/µs. It is optimized for high-speed transimpedance and integrator applications, providing ultra-low input bias current and low voltage noise for photodiode amplifiers and optical front-ends. The device operates over a supply range of ±2.5V to ±6.5V and includes an integrated input protection diode. Housed in an 8-pin SON (IDSGR) package with an exposed pad for thermal dissipation, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include LIDAR receivers, optical time-of-flight (ToF) systems, photodiode transimpedance amplifiers, high-speed test equipment, and optical data links.
