OPA928DR TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The OPA928DR is a new generation, 36V, precision e-trim™ operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring ultra-low input bias current of 20 fA (max), tested across the industrial temperature range. It provides outstanding DC precision with low offset voltage (±5 µV, typical), low offset drift (±0.1 µV/°C), and ultra-low current noise (0.07 fA/√Hz at 0.1 Hz). The device integrates a high-precision guard buffer to protect high-impedance input traces from undesirable leakage currents, and features rail-to-rail input and output. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package with a low-leakage pin-out, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include low-light photodiode monitoring, high-source-impedance sensors, electrometer-grade amplifiers, and chemical analysis equipment.
