The OPA990 is a low-cost operational amplifier with rail-to-rail output and 1.8MHz gain-bandwidth product, operating from 2.7V to 40V single supply (or ±1.35V to ±20V dual). It features 0.5V/µs slew rate and low 150µA quiescent current per channel. Input offset voltage is 1mV typical, with rail-to-rail output swing. The device includes EMI input filtering and is unity-gain stable. Wide supply range makes it suitable for industrial and automotive applications.
