The OPA994IDBVR is a single, high-voltage (32V), high-output-current (125 mA) rail-to-rail input/output (RRIO) operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a wide bandwidth of 24 MHz and a high slew rate of 35 V/µs. It operates over a supply range of 2.7V to 32V and draws a low quiescent current of 1.35 mA per channel. The device offers exceptional AC performance and is designed to maintain stability across a wide range of capacitive loads, achieving a phase margin of 50° when driving up to 10 µF with a 1 MΩ load.
