The OPA994IDBVR is a single, high-voltage (32V), high-output-current (125 mA) rail-to-rail input/output (RRIO) operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a wide bandwidth of 24 MHz and a high slew rate of 35 V/µs. It operates over a supply range of 2.7V to 32V and draws a low quiescent current of 1.35 mA per channel. The device offers exceptional AC performance and is designed to maintain stability across a wide range of capacitive loads, achieving a phase margin of 50° when driving up to 10 µF with a 1 MΩ load. It provides excellent DC precision with low offset voltage of ±350 µV (typical), low offset drift of ±2.5 µV/°C, low noise of 12 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz, and high CMRR of 125 dB. Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
