OPT3004DNPR TI Optical Sensors - Ambient Light, IR, UV Sensors

The OPT3004 is a single-chip lux meter with a wide 23-bit dynamic range of 0.01 lux to 83,000 lux, operating from 1.6 V to 3.6 V supply. It features a precise optical filter with excellent infrared rejection, providing high accuracy for human eye-like light measurement. The device consumes 1.8 µA typical quiescent current and includes an I2C interface. Selection is ideal for ambient light sensing in portable and battery-powered applications. Applications include smartphones, tablets, displays, industrial lighting control, and medical equipment requiring accurate light measurement with ultra-low power consumption.
