The PCA9306DCTR is a 2-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator from Texas Instruments in 8-pin SSOP (DCT) package, designed for I2C and SMBus applications. For selection, verify A-port supply (VREF1) from 1.2V to 3.3V and B-port supply (VREF2) from 1.8V to 5.5V, I2C clock up to 400kHz, EN pin for bus isolation, low on-resistance of 15Ω typical, propagation delay of 900ps, output current of 64mA, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include no direction pin required, ultra-low propagation delay, and bidirectional translation between 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V nodes. Ideal for I2C, SMBus, PMBus, and GPIO interfaces in servers, routers, PCs, telecom equipment, industrial automation, and mixed-voltage systems.
