PCA9306YZTR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The PCA9306YZTR is a 2-bit bidirectional I2C/SMBus voltage-level translator from Texas Instruments in 8-pin DSBGA (YZT) ultra-small package (1.5mm × 1.5mm, 0.5mm pitch). For selection, verify A-port supply (VREF1) from 1.2V to 3.3V and B-port supply (VREF2) from 1.8V to 5.5V, I2C clock up to 400kHz, EN pin for bus isolation, low on-resistance of 15Ω typical, propagation delay of 900ps, output current of 64mA, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include no direction pin required, ultra-low propagation delay, and bidirectional translation between 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V nodes in ultra-small DSBGA package.
