PCA9543ADR is a 2-channel I²C bus switch with reset function from Texas Instruments for small-scale I²C bus expansion. It operates at 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply, supporting 100 kHz standard and 400 kHz fast I²C bus speeds. Two independent switch channels can be controlled via I²C commands, featuring low on-resistance and low crosstalk to maintain signal integrity. A dedicated hardware reset pin recovers the bus from lock-up states, and the device supports hot-swap and full ESD protection. It is packaged in a 14-SOIC. It is ideal for compact embedded systems, small sensor modules, portable instruments and low-count multi-I²C device systems needing simple bus expansion.
