PCA9546APWR is a 4-channel I²C bus multiplexer with reset function from Texas Instruments, designed for I²C bus expansion and signal isolation. It operates at 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply, supporting standard 100 kHz and fast 400 kHz I²C bus speeds. Four independent switch channels can be individually enabled or disabled via I²C commands, with low on-resistance and minimal crosstalk to preserve signal quality. It supports hot-swap operation and includes a hardware reset pin for bus fault recovery, with full ESD protection. Packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP, it is ideal for embedded sensor arrays, industrial control panels, multi-module electronics and systems requiring multiple I²C device expansion and channel isolation.
