PCA9555DBR TI I/O Expanders

The PCA9555 is a 16-bit remote I2C I/O expander with interrupt output and configuration registers, operating from a 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply. It supports I2C bus speeds up to 400 kHz, provides 16 GPIO pins that can be independently configured as inputs or outputs with built-in pull-up resistors, and includes an open-drain interrupt output for input change notification. Three address pins allow up to eight devices on the same bus (128 total I/Os). Packaged in a 24-pin SSOP (DB) (8.2 mm × 5.3 mm), it is ideal for expanding GPIO capabilities of microcontrollers in portable electronics, server management, industrial controls, and automotive body electronics.
