PCA9557PWR TI I/O Expanders
The PCA9557 is a 8-bit remote I2C I/O expander with interrupt output, operating from a 2.3-V to 5.5-V supply. It supports I2C bus speeds up to 400-kHz, provides 8 GPIO pins that can be independently configured as inputs or outputs, and includes built-in pull-up resistors. Three address pins allow up to eight devices on the same bus (64 total I/Os). Packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP (PW) (5 mm × 4.4 mm). Ideal for expanding GPIO capabilities of microcontrollers, the PCA9557 is suited for portable electronics, server management, industrial controls, and telecom equipment.
