The PGA281AIPW is a high-precision, zero-drift, programmable gain instrumentation amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a digitally-controllable gain and signal-integrity test capability. It operates over a wide dual supply range of ±2.75V to ±18V or a single supply from 10V to 36V. The device provides binary gain steps from 128 V/V down to 1/8 V/V with an additional scaling factor of 1 V/V and 1 3/8 V/V. It features ultra-low offset voltage of 5 µV, near-zero gain drift of 0.5 ppm/°C, excellent linearity of 1.5 ppm, and outstanding common-mode rejection of 140 dB. The device includes overload detection, differential rail-to-rail output, and offers a gain bandwidth product of 6 MHz. Housed in a 16-pin TSSOP package, it is characterized for operation from -40°C to +105°C.
