PGA450TPWRQ1 TI Interface IC

The PGA450TPWRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) ultrasonic sensor AFE from Texas Instruments designed for parking assist and obstacle detection systems. It features a configurable transmit driver, low-noise receive amplifier, and programmable gain control for echo signal processing. The device includes a high-precision time-to-digital converter (TDC) for accurate time-of-flight measurement and supports various ultrasonic transducer frequencies. Housed in a 28-pin TSSOP (PW) package, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive parking sensors, blind spot detection, and industrial obstacle detection.
