REF02AU/2K5 TI Voltage Reference

The REF02 is a precision 5V series voltage reference with 0.3% initial accuracy and 10ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient. It operates from 8V to 40V input and consumes 1.4mA typical supply current. The device provides excellent line and load regulation with low output noise of 5µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz). Output current is 10mA typical. The REF02 also includes a temperature output pin for monitoring die temperature. Selection is ideal for high-precision data conversion requiring 5V reference. Applications include 12-bit ADC and DAC references, precision power supplies, industrial process control instrumentation, and test equipment requiring stable 5V reference with low drift.
