REF102AU/2K5 TI Voltage Reference
The REF102 is a precision 10-V voltage reference with 0.1% initial accuracy (A grade) and 5-ppm/°C (max) temperature drift. It operates from a 11.4-V to 36-V input, consumes only 1.4-mA supply current, and features low 5-µVp-p noise (0.1-Hz to 10-Hz). The device can deliver up to 10-mA output current. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (U) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), the REF102 is ideal for high-precision data conversion and industrial automation.
