REF2025AIDDCR TI Voltage Reference
The REF2025 is a precision series voltage reference providing two outputs: a fixed 2.5-V (primary) and a 1.25-V (secondary) output that tracks the primary. It operates from a 2.55-V to 5.5-V input, drawing only 120 μA typical supply current. Initial accuracy is ±0.05% with a temperature coefficient of 8 ppm/°C (max). The secondary output is derived from a precision divider with excellent temperature tracking. Output current is ±10 mA. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DDC) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), the REF2025 is ideal for powering dual-supply ADCs, DACs, and precision signal chains.
