REF2030AIDDCR TI Voltage Reference
The REF2030 is a precision series voltage reference providing two outputs: a fixed 3.0 V (primary) and a 1.5 V (secondary) output that tracks the primary. It operates from 3.05 V to 5.5 V input, drawing only 120-µA typical supply current, with an initial accuracy of ±0.05% and a temperature coefficient of 8-ppm/°C (max). The secondary output is derived from a precision divider with excellent temperature tracking. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DDC), it is ideal for powering dual-supply ADCs, DACs, and precision signal chains. Applications include portable medical devices, test and measurement equipment, and industrial automation requiring two closely matched reference voltages.
