The REF3012AIDBZR is a low-cost, low-power, high-precision voltage reference from Texas Instruments in SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, providing fixed 1.25V output with excellent initial accuracy . For selection, verify supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, fixed 1.25V output with ±0.2% initial accuracy (A grade), typical temperature coefficient of 75ppm/°C, quiescent current of 42µA maximum, output noise of 33µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz), and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C . Features include enable pin for power management (REF30xx version), excellent line and load regulation, and stability with small 1µF ceramic output capacitor.
