REF3020AIDBZR TI Voltage Reference

The REF3020 is a precision, low-power, low-dropout voltage reference. It provides a stable 2.048V output with ±0.2% initial accuracy and a temperature coefficient of 50 ppm/°C (max). It operates from 2.508V to 5.5V drawing only 50 µA (max) quiescent current. The device features a small SOT-23-3 package. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and portable instrumentation requiring a stable reference. Applications include 8- to 12-bit data converters (ADCs/DACs), portable medical equipment, and industrial control loops where low power consumption and small size are critical.
